New process for improving the durability of tools and cold stamping dies

In the past few years, according to the unique lubrication function of DJB-823 solid film protectant (hereinafter referred to as 823 protectant) invented by Professor Peng Daowu of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, it is lubricated with the theory of friction, wear and lubrication involved in friction theory. The grinding performance is introduced into the field of machining, which makes it effective in improving the durability of cutting tools, cold-punching dies and cold-working dies.
